Privacy notice

We keep this short because we collect very little. Here is what happens to the details you share with Bookings Hub.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one reason: to answer your request, including preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use what you send for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back with a follow-up question, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Bookings Hub who are handling your request. We never sell your details, and we never rent or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to edith.elliott@bookingshub.co, or send a note through our contact form, and we will take care of it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
